back in seattle

lots of things have happened since the last time i updated my blog. 

let’s see…                                                        

1. someone put a ring on me. oh yeah :D

2. traveled to thailand to accompany dad before the wedding; and would love to visit the country many many more times in my life

3. survived all the paperworks + an interview + tons of waiting for my fiancé visa; got married; packed; moved to seattle

4. luckily completed the first two steps of my green card and working permit application 

and more waiting...

everything seemed to happen really fast at once and i didn’t have much time to have done any deep thinking and reflecting within myself. however when you were with the right people, you knew from the bottom of your heart that no matter what was lying ahead you’d overcome with someone beside you…what could be wrong with some rushing then :P

yet seattle hadn’t changed much since i left two years ago. the weird feeling of like-i-have-never-left-this-place hit me right at the moment i stepped out of seatac and all i was hoping was this city would have more coffee + food to offer for exploring than what i had left it with. 

it didn’t disappoint me! some of these places might be old to people who hadn't left seattle in the last two years, but they were all new to me! 

this was how i decided to pick up my blog again: to collect notes, thoughts, and photos of every piece of my/our life and there the memory would last even we grow old and become forgetful.
